Design direction – system development
With the change of CRM system I was tasked to build a design system of components for our emails and in-app messages. The components were then delivered to a consultancy who coded them to be used in the system. I built a library in Figma that is still used today to mockup the emails.
I also designed new assets for all emails and in-app messages. This was to ensure they were up to date with the product and create cohesiveness in our communications.
